By applying to and participating in Miss Cosmo Great Britain, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure the fairness, professionalism, and integrity of the competition. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Entrants must meet the age and residency requirements outlined in the official application guidelines.

Entry is open to individuals who identify as female and are legal residents of the United Kingdom.

Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements required to compete at Miss Cosmo International, including availability to travel internationally if crowned.

2. Fees and Participation

Miss Cosmo Great Britain is proud to be one of the few national pageants in the UK with no entry fee, allowing contestants to participate without financial barriers.

However, contestants may choose to purchase optional items or services, including event tickets, photography packages, training sessions, or promotional materials. Any payments made for such services are strictly non-refundable.

3. Travel and Accommodation

Miss Cosmo Great Britain is not responsible for arranging or covering travel or accommodation costs for contestants attending events, rehearsals, photoshoots, or the national final within the United Kingdom.

Participants are responsible for organising and covering their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses.

Should the winner of Miss Cosmo Great Britain advance to represent the United Kingdom at Miss Cosmo International, certain travel arrangements may be coordinated by the organisation or its partners. Any additional personal expenses such as passports, visas, insurance, or personal spending will remain the responsibility of the titleholder.

4. Conduct and Behaviour

All contestants are expected to behave respectfully, professionally, and with integrity throughout the competition.

Miss Cosmo Great Britain maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behaviour, whether in person or online.

Failure to comply with these standards may result in disqualification from the competition.

5. Participation Responsibilities

Contestants are responsible for ensuring they are available to attend official events, rehearsals, media activities, and the Grand Final as required by the organisation.

Failure to attend official activities without prior agreement from the organisers may affect participation in the competition.

6. Media and Publicity

By participating in Miss Cosmo Great Britain, contestants agree that the organisation may use photographs, video footage, and their name for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes.

Media content captured during events may be used across digital platforms, social media, press materials, and promotional campaigns without additional compensation.

7. Disqualification

Miss Cosmo Great Britain reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Provides false or misleading information in their application
Fails to comply with these terms and conditions
Engages in inappropriate conduct that may harm the reputation of the organisation

Disqualification may occur at any stage of the competition.

8. Liability

Miss Cosmo Great Britain and its organisers, partners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during participation in the competition or related activities.

Participants acknowledge that participation in public events and travel may involve certain risks.

9. Amendments

Miss Cosmo Great Britain reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via the official website or through direct communication with participants.

10. Acceptance

By submitting an application to Miss Cosmo Great Britain, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
