1. Non-Refundable Services
All purchases made through Miss Cosmo Great Britain are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Due to the nature of these services — including limited capacity, advance planning, and operational costs — refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal from the competition, or change of mind.
2. Event Changes or Cancellations
In the unlikely event that an event organised by Miss Cosmo Great Britain must be cancelled or significantly changed, participants and ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.
Where possible, alternative arrangements such as rescheduled dates or equivalent opportunities may be offered. However, refunds will not be issued.
3. Transferability
Tickets, coaching sessions, and other purchased services may not be transferred to another person or event without prior written approval from the Miss Cosmo Great Britain organisation.
Any approval for transfers is granted at the sole discretion of the organisers.
